Geniece Brady was raised in the beautiful Caribbean island of St. Kitts and moved to the Tampa Bay area in 2005. She has a strong professional background in customer relations and business management. Her professional background paired with her educational background in Economics, Geniece offers a unique approach when helping clients buy and sell Real Estate. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of South Florida in 2012, worked in the proprietary education management field for over 7 years and has always had a passion for working with people. Her knowledge of the Real Estate industry began over 10 years ago. She prides herself on providing the utmost professionalism when working with clients. Kety Philidor

Kety Philidor was born and raised in South Florida but moved to the Tampa Bay Area in 2001 to attend the University of South Florida. After completing her degree in 2005 she got married in 2007 and started her family. Kety is wife to a great husband and has two intelligent, funny and outgoing boys. Kety loves traveling with her family, shopping, reading and cooking creative meals. Aside from being there for her family and friends, she loves helping and making a difference in the lives of people in and around her community.

With over 10 years of sales and customer relations experience, Kety is an efficient, personable real estate agent that can assure you that your business will be handled with the highest degree of integrity. Louista Obas

Louista was born and raised in Miami, FL and attended Eastern Kentucky University where she played Division 1 Basketball. She still embodies many of the traits needed to be an athlete.
